Singer Amy Winehouse passed away over the weekend after a long, much publicised battle with drink and drugs.

Though the details of her post-mortem have not yet been revealed, it is assumed that her death can be linked to this battle.

Amy had one of the most beautiful, unique voices I have ever heard, and her death at just 27 is a great loss. I hope that in death, she can finally find some peace, away from the demons she faced, struggles she attempted to overcome and battles that she always fought.
