Apologies for the lack of posts this week, between work and having to do lots of  boring household duties, I have been a VERY busy girl!

Anyway! This week’s Fancy Frock Friday post has been inspired by the very gorgeous Rachel Weisz in her equally gorgeous Valentino mini-dress.

I love a red dress, and the newly married Ms Weisz looks stunning in hers.

Wearing a red dress is one sure-fire way to make sure that you will not go un-noticed, and whether you opt to go red-carpet style in a full length gown, add a little drama and glamour to  a cocktail dress, or dress up your casual look, a red dress will work for you.  I love red dresses for their versatility. There are few occasions that a red dress can’t be worn to, they look wonderful in any fabric, from velvet, chiffon, silk, feathers to simple cotton.
