I love May…it makes me think of lovely warm evenings, popping out for drinks after work and finally shedding those end of winter layers…

But one of the many joys of living in Northern Ireland is that even though it might be May, rain is never too far away. This has meant that nearly every day since my birthday (which is in October), I have been wearing my trusty coat that my lovely mum bought me, assuring me that it was a very sensible investment purchase. She was, of course, right as ever.
